Team Building
The YMCA offers a Team Building Challenge Program that incorporates adventure games, initiative problems, trust activities and effective leadership skills and more.
Our program offers a wide variety of activities, such as strategic tag, communication obstacle courses and mock mine fields that will help promote leadership, confidence and communication. Activities are facilitated by a group leader and conducted in a gym setting and will be chosen based on the exact goals of the team. Activities are designed to utilize leadership and communication skills versus athletic ability.
The program is developed to promote communication, cooperation, trust, leadership and fun! The objectives of your group will determine the content for the day and the group facilitator will meet with you prior to your program date to structure the activities.

Pricing:
Full Day Program $30.00 per participant
8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Half-Day Program $15.00 per participant
8:00 a.m.-Noon or 1:00-5:00 p.m.
Lunch option available, ask facilitator for details.

Group Personal Training
Organize a group of seven co-workers and the YMCA will customize a group workout! Days and times of the program can be arranged to fit your schedule. Classes meet twice a week for six weeks and is the perfect way to get on track with people you are comfortable with!

On-site Fitness Options
Let the YMCA come to you! Our certified, trained fitness staff can offer fitness services to your employees onsite at your company. Staff is also available to promote YMCA membership onsite.
Blood pressure screening, body composition testing and full fitness testing is administered by YMCA staff at your place of business for a fee. Please contact the YMCA to coordinate your event.
Facility Rentals
The Oshkosh YMCA has space available for your next corporate event or meeting. Contact the Special Events Coordinator for more information or for additional options. Tours are available.

Multi-Purpose Room Rental
$25.00 per hour, $75.00 per 4-hour block, $150.00 per 8-hour block
Soccer Conference Room Rental
$20.00 per hour, $65.00 per 4-hour block, $125.00 per 8-hour block.
Exclusive Climbing Wall Rental (use of Climbing Wall only)
$30.00 flat fee + $3.00 per climber
Exclusive Skating Rental (use of Indoor Ice Rink only)
Member
$2.00 per person + additional $1.50 per person for skate rental.
Activity Member
$4.00 per person + additional $1.50 per person for skate rental.
Non-Profit Group Rentals (Churches, Schools, etc.)
Rental includes use of Pools, Family Prime Time Center, Indoor Soccer and Gymnasium.
