We, the staff and board of directors of the Oshkosh Community YMCA, recognize that many visitors to our site are concerned about the information they provide and how we treat that information. Our Privacy Policy addresses those concerns. What kind of information does the Oshkosh Community YMCA collect?
The YMCA does not collect personally identifiable information from you unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. You can visit the site without telling us who you are or revealing information about yourself. However, if you specifically agree to provide the YMCA with identifiable information, such as by asking to be put on our mailing list, participating in a survey or donating online, the YMCA may contact you from time to time.
How does the YMCA use my information?
When you donate or register online to the Oshkosh Community YMCA, it uses your information to process your request. The YMCA will also send you emails to confirm your request, and may need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if there are questions regarding your submission. If you donate or register online or over the phone, the YMCA may also send you notices about its services, activities and newsletter through postal mail. From time to time, emails may be sent to you to help the YMCA learn about your interests that may be used to help improve the site's design and your viewing experience.
Does the Oshkosh Community YMCA share my information with third parties?
The YMCA does not sell or share your information with a third party.
How do I remove my information from email, phone, and postal mailing lists?
The YMCA wants to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive information from us, either through email, postal mail or by phone, please let us know by sending us an email or calling us at (920) 230-8439.
How does the Oshkosh Community YMCA protect kids' privacy?
Like you, the YMCA is concerned about the safety of children when they use the Internet. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that a subscriber is under the age of 13 and has signed up without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her personally identifiable information from our files. Please note: the YMCA may nevertheless maintain a record of that person's name and address in a "do not sign up" file to avoid subsequent sign up by a child under the age of 13.

The Oshkosh Community YMCA website may contain links to other sites that are not under our control. These websites have their own policies regarding privacy, which you should review before visiting them. The YMCA has no responsibility for linked websites and provides these links solely for the convenience and information of its visitors.
Credit Policy
Activities that are cancelled by reason of the participant will be assessed a $15.00 refund processing fee or given a full credit toward any YMCA activity or membership.
There are no credits given for individual classes missed.
The YMCA reserves the right to cancel a class when it does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement.
