My name is Erin Baranek, Director of Children and Family Services and I have been at the YMCA since 2006 serving in our School Age, Childcare and Youth and Family Departments.

In my role I continue to work and support staff while they work with children and families to provide quality care. In our programs we strive to build relationships, help children learn and grow, provide families with quality care and offer events for the whole family to enjoy.

It is such a rewarding experience knowing that we are making such a positive impact on the families that we serve. The people we meet on a daily basis and the relationships that we build is the best part of the YMCA!

In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters. We all enjoy playing soccer and being active together as a family!
