MAKING A DIFFERENCE
The Y counts on generous volunteers who donate their time and talents to strengthen our community. Y volunteers provide direct support to programs, raise needed funds, support special events, and provide leadership to younger generations.
We welcome volunteers with all talents, interests and schedules. More than 500 community volunteers perform countless duties across our organization, ensuring that men, women and children of all ages and from all walks of life have the resources and support they need to be healthy, confident, connected and secure. Our volunteers are at the heart of all we do. By volunteering, not only are you helping others and supporting your community, it is a great way to connect with others, make lifelong friends, and find a sense of belonging.

YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS
When you volunteer with the Y, you create a lasting impact on the lives of individuals in our community.
Every year during our Annual Campaign, the Oshkosh Y raises essential funds for our FOR ALL Financial Assistance Program. Events like the Kids Mud Run, Century Bike Ride, and Charity Golf Outing are vital in generating support for local kids, families, and individuals. These impactful events are made possible by the dedication and generosity of volunteers like you.
No matter how large or small, every volunteer role touches lives. From coaching and mentoring to passing out food, our mission of strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility starts with you.
