If you have been diagnosed with prediabetes, have a family history of diabetes, or are looking to improve your overall health, this workshop is for you!
Join Registered Dietitian and certified personal trainer Kate Jenkins for an informational, hands-on workshop to help reduce your risk of developing diabetes. This workshop is ideal for anyone diagnosed with prediabetes or with a family history of diabetes. We will explore how diet, exercise, stress, sleep, and other lifestyle behaviors affect blood sugar and learn practical ways to improve these habits and lower the risk of diabetes.
This workshop will include a healthy snack and activity break and more hands-on activities to help you apply the information to your daily life!
