4:00-4:45 P.M. WITH COURTNEY SYMICEK
Courtney believes yoga is a powerful way to deepen the connection between mind, body, and spirit and is eager to share the practice of yoga with others. Courtney’s vinyasa flow is designed to cultivate strength and balance, both physically and internally. By connecting breath with dynamic postures, this practice aims to improve stability, build resilience and gain confidence to overcome challenges encountered on and off the mat.
5:00-5:45 P.M. WITH TRENACYE JORDAN
Trenacye is a 44-year-old mother of 6 working in mental healthcare. YTT and yoga brings the goals of mental health into focus as well as providing her with mental clarity for the rest of her busy life. She plans to branch out into children’s yoga in the future and her background of 20 years in child development supports that. Join Trenacye for a slow flow hatha yoga class and focus on connecting movement with the breath in a relaxing atmosphere.
6:00-6:45 P.M. WITH BETH EMMRICH
Beth started developing her yoga practice 15 years ago whilst studying international dance. It was the deep connection between the two that led her to her yoga teaching journey at the YMCA. Mudras, Mantras, Meditation, Oh My! In Beth’s class, she combines slow paced movements, mudras (hand gestures), and mantras to help ground the body and mind to allow for a deeper meditative experience.

8:00-8:45 A.M. WITH KARA NELL
Kara has been practicing yoga for the past 15 years. She loves the peace that yoga brings into her life. She enjoys vinyasa flows and playing with different poses and styles of yoga. Kara loves cultivating a sense of belonging in her classes and helping guide others on their journey. Her class is a vinyasa flow that is designed to bring focus into the present, let go, and open to love.
9:00-9:45 A.M. WITH BROOKE LONG
Brooke has been practicing yoga for ten years, with a particular passion for heated vinyasa classes. She was drawn to yoga for its ability to quiet the mind and create a deep connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Brooke’s class is a flowing vinyasa practice with a focus on standing balance poses, designed to build confidence and a sense of grounding. The practice encourages stability, strength, and awareness, fostering a sense of empowerment in each movement.
10:00-10:45 A.M. WITH MEGAN WILLIAMS
Megan Williams, COTA, is a mother of 2 young boys and works in mental health. Yoga compliments her education and experience in occupational therapy and is integrative in all other areas of her life off the mat. Join Megan for a calming, grounding, and restorative slow flow practice. Permission to consciously rest and relax. Come breathe and move gently while releasing tension to return to the world with renewed energy.
11:00-11:45 A.M. WITH MARIA PEREYRA
As an enthusiastic yoga student dedicated to deepening her practice, Maria is committed to fostering mindfulness, balance, and well-being in both her personal and professional life. Eager to share the transformative power of yoga and meditation, Maria seeks to guide others on their journey toward physical, mental, and spiritual harmony. For individuals interested in understanding their body, mind, and spirit, this class offers support and guidance to help connect with one’s inner self and gain personal awareness.
12:00-12:45 P.M. WITH MITCHELL FROST
Mitchell is an Utah native who works in food regulation. Yoga has been a tool he uses for physical activity and spiritual expansion. Join Mitchell for a grounding, in your body experience - giving you access to yourself. Through breath, stretching and vinyasa flow allow yourself to exercise your tenacity for hurdles life throws at you.
1:00-1:45 P.M. WITH ANDREA MCCANN
Andrea is an artist, activist, mother, and friend. She works to integrate the mind, body, and spirit in her advocacy for mental health and wellness, promoting connection and placemaking in our community. Join Andrea for Vinyasa Flow and deepen your connection to self and the world around you. Embrace authenticity and self discovery. This class is a safe and inclusive space for all, offering acceptance, openness, and respect.
2:00-2:45 P.M. WITH KAREN OLSON
Karen is a mother of two teens boys who works a corporate job during the day. After years of hot yoga she found yoga, specifically Yin yoga as the answer to managing stress and emotions. The class is designed to help unwind and balance the body and mind at the end of the day. The positions are relaxing and restorative for a more meditative state. You’ll find this class offers more time for deeper stretches.
3:00-3:45 P.M. WITH BENJAMIN BRATSCH
Ben is a firm believer in the fruition of yoga practice and its benefits. Since yoga was introduced to him at 16 he has been practicing. He has found yoga to be the ultimate precursor to all physicality endured, even through injury. Ben’s class offers a deeper listening practice to help attune our minds to our bodies to build a stronger relationship with ourselves.
