flour, wheat, and a loaf of sourdough bread.

COOKING CLASS FEATURING NONESUCH BAKERY, LLC

Before the widespread use of commercial yeast, most bread was naturally leavened through the magic of sourdough. Perhaps you’ve heard about
the health benefits of this amazing natural process or maybe you just love sourdough bread?

Join special guest, Kerry, owner of Nonesuch Bakery to learn all about what sourdough is, the history of it, and how to feed, use and care for a
sourdough starter of your own. Nonesuch Bakery is a cottage kitchen bakery based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Baking has been a passion of Kerry's since she was a child. It brings her joy and allows her to share that joy with others.

BONUS! Participants will leave with a sourdough culture, instructions on how to care for their starter, a loaf of sourdough, and a bread recipe to try at home.

FEE: $15 Members • $20 Non-Member
Includes sourdough starter and instructions.
+ $10 additional fee if you want to take home a loaf of bread.
