Welcome to the Y! My name is Patti Weissling and I’m the Financial Development Director. With over 25 years of nonprofit development and advancement experience, I am responsible for building community partnerships, fostering donor and member relationships, and securing financial gifts through donations and grants.

Prior to the Y, I served in several key leadership positions including Major Gifts Officer, Executive Director, and Director of Development and Advancement for various organizations. I am a longtime member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

During my time as a stay-at-home mom, I volunteered and got involved in several charitable organizations. It’s there that I developed a passion for philanthropy and decided to build a career. As a Y member, it was a dream come true to be given the opportunity to work here, give back and make a positive difference in our community.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Microbiology/Public Health, with a minor in Chemistry, from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. I live in Oshkosh and love spending time with family and friends.
